Composite belt

General Description:

Composite belt is mainly based on copper and copper alloy strip. Through special process, one or more layers of precious metals (gold, silver, palladium, platinum, etc.) and their alloys are embedded or coated on the base to obtain materials with special functions.

Material Properties:

Composite strips adopt a composite structure with precious metals arranged in key contact areas, which drastically cuts the consumption of precious metal materials.Integrated forming eliminates secondary welding processes and reduces processing scrap loss. While maintaining consistent electrical performance, this design effectively lowers overall production costs.
