Electrical contact material is the working layer material of electrical contacts, used for producing electrical contacts and electrical contact components. Most low-voltage electrical contacts work in air environments, and silver has become the most widely used raw material in low-voltage electrical contacts due to its good conductivity and resistance to oxidation in air. Pure silver electrical contact materials have excellent conductivity, but low hardness and melting point, making them prone to splashing, welding and other faults under arc erosion. In order to improve the performance of electrical contact materials, the resistance to welding and arc erosion can be enhanced by adding oxides such as SnO₂, In₂O₃, ZnO, or high melting point components such as Ni, W, C, WC.
The company has currently mastered the production technology of more than 10 types of electrical contact materials, including AgSnO₂, AgSnO2In₂O₃, AgNi, etc., which can meet the performance requirements of low-voltage electrical products for electrical contact materials in various application scenarios.
